Jan Irish Platon is the Officer-in-Charge of the Infrastructure Division of the Project Development Service of the PPP Center. She provides advisory services and technical assistance in the development, structuring, evaluation, and procurement of PPP infrastructure projects of both national and local government agencies. Ms. Platon has more than 7 years of experience with the PPP Center and has managed and assisted in the development and procurement of priority PPP projects in the transport, health, water and agriculture sectors.

Ms. Platon is a Certified Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) Professional. She obtained her Master’s Degree in Development Management from the Development Academy of the Philippines and Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of the Philippines.
